"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was simple to use, which I appreciated. I’m not trying to spend a bunch of time figuring out where everything is, so the fact that I could get through it without any major issues was a plus for me

"Great first impression and easy to use"
My first impression of minky.com was really positive. The site looked clean right away, without a bunch of clutter or distracting stuff everywhere. It was simple to get around, the pages loaded quickly, and I found what I needed without having to click through a ton of menus. Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird errors or confusing steps. Overall, it felt smooth and easy from the start, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Return was handled well"
I ended up having to send one item back because it just wasn’t quite what I needed. I don’t remember all the details now, but customer service got back to me fairly quickly and explained what to do. The refund took a few days to show up, which was a little annoying, but it did come through in the end. Overall it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

"Quick delivery and no hassle"
I ordered from minky.com and it showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice little surprise. They sent updates as it moved along too, so I wasn’t left not knowing when it was going to arrive.
The packaging was good, not nothing over the top, but definitely enough to keep everything protected. The box wasn’t damaged, the item was clean and in perfect condition, and I didn’t have no problems with the order at all.

"Nice for everyday cleaning"
I picked these up after seeing a few people mention them, and they’ve been handy for day-to-day cleaning. They pick up dust easily, and my kitchen counters definitely look cleaner after using them. I’m taking one star off because they do take a while to dry, though I’m not sure if that’s just me or if others have noticed the same thing.
